CONtRAINDICATIONS

Please be advised that you will be required to fill out a medical intake form and complete a consultation prior to all of our services. This is to ensure safety and promote effectiveness of the treatment. Unfortunately not everyone is a candidate for every treatment.

Some common contraindications include:

• Pregnancy/Breastfeeding

• Certain diabetes medications

• Hypo/hyper pigmentation (eg. Vitiligo)

• History of keloid scarring

• The use of Accutane within the last year

• Darker skin tone

• Topical use of acids (within two weeks prior to treatment) (eg. Retin - A, Retinol, retinoic acid, glycolic)

• Photo sensitizing medications

• The use of St, Johns Wort

• Herpes Simplex outbreak (within the treatment area)

• Avoid applying foundation, concealer, or powdered products the day of treatment
