Cancellation Policy

 

Dear Clients,

We reserve the right to charge 50% of the original appointment total for all no-show appointments, and those appointments not cancelled within 48 hours. Since we do not take credit card information at the time of booking, the charge will be added to your next appointment.

When a client does not show up for an appointment without notice, other people on the waiting list wishing to get in do not get the chance to fill that space. Many of our appointments book a significant amount of time, therefore cancelling in advance allows us and other clients the ability and opportunity to refill that space.

We do understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances do arise, and if this is the case we kindly ask that those clients with scheduled appointments please cancel 48 hours in advance. If cancelling for emergencies and illnesses, we appreciate your effort in letting us know as soon as you can, and in finding a way to best reschedule your appointment.
