Now you can flaunt beautiful, gorgeous, coloured eyebrows with the perfect choice of a long-lasting semi-permanent Henna.
With henna, Belle the brow pro at Prairie Bliss can temporarily tint your eyebrows in a painless and all-natural way so they’re shaped every morning, with no need for pencils or powders. It’s also a really great way to trial a shape before you commit to feather-touch tattooing.
Why henna tinting and not regular tinting?
Henna is a naturally derived product
Henna does not require an oxidizing agent to penetrate the inside of the hair
Henna acts to coat the hair with colour, smoothing the outer layer of the brow hairs making the hair appear thicker and darker
Lasts up to 14 on the skin and 6 weeks on the hair
Helps to disguise gaps in over tweezed brows
What are henna brows?
Henna brows colour and coat the brow hair and skin. If you are looking for a powdered microbladed effect henna is a no pain, easy way to stain the skin under the brow to enhance that effect. Ombre brows are also an option. The purpose of this is to cast a shadow or create an illusion of depth and fullness in the area, visually filling in any sparseness.
Same technique as microblading mapping to get the perfect shape and colour tone for your face and skin tone, but there is no incision just a beautiful long lasting dye.
Henna is a natural dye made from a plant known as hina or the henna tree. Henna has been around since ancient Egyptian times when it was used for many purposes such as dyeing hair, clothes, fabrics and as make up.
henna is a safe and natural alternative to tints and dyes. It is vegan friendly and free from peroxide activators, making it a suitable option for anyone with sensitive skin.
How long do henna brows last and how do you maintain them?
The results of henna brows typically last between 3-6 weeks, but it’s dependant on your skin type. If you have a dryer complexion, henna brows will tend to last a bit longer than they would on someone with an oily complexion.
Note to client when booking…
