Cancellation Policy

 

Dear Clients,

Although we have always had a cancellation policy, recent circumstances have caused us to enforce a 24 hour cancellation policy. The new policy will result in a 50% of service charge for all no-show appointments, and those appointments not cancelled within 48 hours. Since we do not take credit card information at the time of booking, the charge will be added at the next appointment.

We want to be available for all of our clients appointment needs. When a client does not show up for an appointment without notice, other people on a wait list wishing to get in do not get the chance to fill that space. Many of our appointments book a significant amount of time, therefore cancelling in advance allows us, and other clients, the ability and opportunity to refill that space.

We do understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances do arise, and if this is the case we kindly ask that those clients with scheduled appointments please cancel 48 hours in advance or at earliest convenience. If cancelling for emergencies and illnesses, we appreciate your effort in letting us know as soon as you can, and in finding a way to best reschedule your appointment.
